Returns & Refunds Policy – Eternal Whispers Memorial Jewellery
At Eternal Whispers, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your memorial jewellery. Every piece is custom-made with care and compassion, using materials provided by you, and crafted to honour your loved one.
Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns unless:
a) The product does not match your order; or
b) The product is faulty.

Incorrect or Faulty Orders
If you receive a product that does not match your original order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.​

Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. A full refund will be offered only if your order is cancelled before any work has commenced. If you need to cancel, please call us immediately on: 📞 07429 540061
Please note:
Once your order has entered production, we cannot offer a refund, as each item is individually crafted using the ashes and/or hair you have provided.
