UK Delivery

• Free postage and packaging within the UK.

• Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (tracked).

• High-value items are automatically upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fully insured and guaranteed.

• You will receive tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

 

Dispatch Times

• Sterling Silver (Standard Sizes): Dispatched within 7 working days after receiving your inclusions (ashes or hair).

• Solid Gold or Non-Standard Sizes: Dispatched within 6–8 weeks from receipt of order confirmation and inclusions.
