Our Simple & Caring Order Process

Creating a beautiful, meaningful memorial piece should never feel complicated. Here’s what to expect when you place an order with Eternal Whispers:

1. Place Your Order Online

Browse our collection and choose the memorial jewellery piece that speaks to you. During the ordering process, you can make a range of bespoke selections, including:

  • Setting colour

  • Visible or hidden ashes

  • Special design preferences

If you have any extra notes, personal touches, or specific requests, simply leave them in the designated notes box at checkout — we read every message with care.

Once we’ve received your inclusions (ashes or hair), most items are completed and returned within 7–10 days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

All orders are placed securely online, and full payment is taken at the time of ordering.

2. We’ll Send You a Free Order Pack

Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a Free Order Pack with everything you need, including:

  • An order form

  • A sealable bag for ashes or hair

  • A wooden spoon (we usually need just one spoonful per item)

  • A complimentary ring sizer (for ring orders)

  • A return label for posting your inclusions back to us

If you’re not local, we’ll also contact you to confirm the best way to safely post your inclusions.

3. Returning Your Inclusions

Use the included return label to send your pack back to us.

  • Please cover your address with the enclosed return label and remove any used stamps

  • You can use a standard large letter stamp or send via Recorded Delivery for added peace of mind

​If you're ordering a ring, let us know your ring size as soon as you have it.

4. Confirmation & Care

Rest assured – before we begin crafting your piece, we’ll contact you to:

  • Confirm the details of your order

  • Take secure payment via our online system

  • Answer any final questions you may have

This extra step ensures complete clarity and peace of mind before we begin the creation process.

5. Crafting Your Jewellery

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll begin carefully creating your custom piece.

When it's ready, we’ll send you photos of your finished jewellery for your approval before dispatch.

6. Tracked Delivery

We take great care to ensure your memorial jewellery reaches you safely.

  • Postage and packaging are free within the UK.

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (tracked).

  • High-value items are automatically upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fully guaranteed and insured.

Once your parcel has been booked, we’ll send you the tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

For overseas purchases, please email us at info@eternalwhispers.co.uk with your full postal address prior to ordering, so we can provide an accurate shipping cost and options.

7. Receiving Your Finished Piece

Your finished jewellery will be:

  • Beautifully gift boxed

  • Returned with a certificate of authenticity

  • Accompanied by a polishing cloth

  • Includes any remaining inclusions (ashes or hair)

In most cases, your order will be completed and returned within 7–10 days, provided all required items are in stock.
